This is my favorite part of the website.  Human nature is to spend time focusing on the tangible aspects of a loss.  How fast we can dry your building, how much money we can save you and how fantastic our drying systems are.  But if the customer wasn’t satisfied at the end of the project, none of that stuff would matter.

As a small, independent restoration firm, we don’t have big marketing budgets or national ad campaigns to bring business to our door.  All we have to offer is our service and our word.  When you call us, we answer our phone. When you leave a message, we call you back.  When we say we’ll be there, we’ll be there. 

We do not subscribe to the philosophy that business is a “numbers game”.  Our business model is not built around high volume.  Every customer is important to us and every customer will have an impact on our bottom line.
